I created this for the cover of Turned a graphic novel adaptation
of the novel by Thomas Perryman. I am also illustrating the pages, I will put some on my blog. I used Painter with a combination of digital water color, oils, tinting and pastel brushes. My technique is using layers to mimic the glazing and buildup style of painting.
